Truckers in the Wild is one of our favorite new shows over here at Food Republic. In the six-part series on VICE, New York City chefs and cookbook authors Max and Eli Sussman explore the food truck scenes in vastly different culinary cities across the country. In the latest episode the brothers check out a BBQ-serving fire truck in Nashville, taking the crew to rural Tennessee to see how the trendy food fares next to ultra-traditional Southern cooking. 

The sound of power tools has been silenced at 37 Rutledge Street, the future home of Husk Nashville, the latest addition to the Neighborhood Dining Group's portfolio of boutique restaurants that includes Husk and McCrady's in Charleston. NDG President David Howard and Sean Brock's thoughts about the construction process, after the jump.
