I took my pao de queijo recipe, added extra cheese, and baked them in 4.5" ramekins to make perfect cheesy gluten-free buns. The best part about these? My wheat-eating friends will still eat them without complaining, cause they’re made of cheeeeeese! Can potato buns say that? No, they can’t.

A restaurateur in Iowa claims to have created the world's hottest burger and has reportedly petitioned Guinness World Records to create a whole new category to fit this insane inferno of a beef patty. It's called the "Hellfire Burger," and Xtreme Smokehouse and Grill owner Loren Gingrich requires you to sign a waiver before you try it. Here's how it's made.

In case you were wondering, Groupon is still a thing. And, right now, the daily deals site is offering a pretty insane package for burger lovers in New York and Philadelphia. Takers will receive one burger with fries every day for a whole year. The pricetag: $144, or about 39 cents per burger an advertised savings of $4,380. Sound too good to be true? We thought so, too. But a Groupon official confirms that the deal is legit.

Harlem Shake's burger recipe includes a blend of sirloin, chuck and brisket (though, you’re fine to use one or the other). Owner Jelena Pasic insists on using Martin’s Potato Rolls, which we agree is one of the best moves for backyard burger grilling. And when it comes to cooking the burger, she suggests using a cast-iron skillet and employing a “smashing” technique that achieves a nice crust. Oh, and they loaned us their secret sauce recipe (thanks again!)
