Instead of dealing with the inevitable letdown of the new fall season, I decided to reimagine the shows in a way that will make them truly successful: with food.

Chef Mario Batali is behind a new company that will create food and lifestyle programming targeted at millennials. His newest venture – a collaboration with OgilvyEntertainement – is titled ccMF Productions and will look to explore the human component of food and food production. Chances are Steven Rinella is out hunting right now. It's simply what he likes to do and his passion for the sport is the basis of his television show MeatEater, which has the Michigan native heading to exotic places like New Zealand and the Missouri Breaks in Montana. On Thursday night the show returns with an episode that has Rinella traveling to his shack on Alaska’s Prince of Wales Island, where he hunts black bear and catches some large Dungeness crab.
