We're now totally equipped to handle the rest of the hot weather bounty. No mozzarella is safe, hide your Early Girls. Tomato Week was a huge success. After celebrating one of our favorite treats of the year for seven straight days, we thought we'd share a few of our favorite nuggets of knowledge from this very enlightening, lycopene-filled week of the ripe, juicy summer tomatoes we'd been looking forward to all year.

Well that was a super-fun week filled with none other than tomatoes! We've been waiting since November (at least) for those delightful little summer treats to rear their plump, juicy heads and the wait, while interminable, was totally worth it. We cooked up a storm, left some of the storm raw and most importantly, ate a bunch of tomatoes right off the vine, as nature intended. Enjoy this week's new recipes!
