If you were at PBFW for hair gel tips more than for the food, Guy Fieri's Interactive Dinner was a perfect option. And If you were really lucky (or lucky enough to finagle a media pass), you were at the Grand Finale Dinner featuring a full line-up of Champagne from Dom Pérignon. Baller status. On July 1, 2012, chefs in the state of California will no longer be able to serve foie gras in their restaurants. CA Senate Bill 1520 stipulates: “A product may not be sold in California if it is the result of force feeding a bird for the purpose of enlarging the bird’s liver beyond normal size.”
