British "Royal Designer for Industry,"  a tittle reserved for "sustained excellence in aesthetic and efficient design for industry," David Mellor's design is handmade with solid sterling silver. Designed in 1963, the rack was originally made for British embassies. Now, you can have a piece of British design history in your home. Just no wonder please.
