This Week In Food Nail Art: Sriracha Decals

You may know I have an odd fetish for food-themed nail art. While it's a fact that food and nails don't go together (don't worry, I shear mine clean off before each and every Test Kitchen), there's no way around how effin' cute it is. Summer's coming: I bought a pack of tiny polymer lemon slices I plan to make pink lemonade nails with. But that's nothing compared to these sriracha bottle decals I nabbed this morning for $5 from Etsy's Sokay Designs.

These rub-on beauts transfer to your nails effortlessly, unlike that time I thought I had the time, patience and dexterity to pull off even the simplest watermelon design. I have none of that. I cannot paint a stripe of green on a red nail, and I really can't dot on black seeds.

While it doesn't get a lot better than sriracha bottles — real sriracha bottles, not the fake ones — I also picked up a pack of Kim Kardashian Krying decals I'm saving for the royal wedding.
