The New Yorker, known more for their lengthy profiles and think pieces than Eastern European soup coverage, breaks from the program with this cool video introducing the world to Malgorcata Sibilski. She's a longtime cook at iconic Ukrainian restaurant Veselka, located in New York's East Village who's been making the restaurant's beet borscht for over 30 years. Currently, they sell over 5,000 gallons of the pink stuff annually.
