We're always on the lookout for creative video series here at Food Republic, and this profile of Dave Kyrejko from Brooklyn's Industry City Distillery caught our eye. As it turns out, making batches of terrific beet sugar vodka is not as easy as you might imagine. We included the distillery back in our guide to independent craft distillers and are looking forward to seeing their next move. The video is part of Wolverine Boots' Kindred Spirits Campaign, which takes a look at young creative types who take an interest in traditional craft but can translate it into the modern world.
