Food Republic beer writer Jon Katz was called to Brooklyn microbrewery Bitter & Esters not long ago to participate in an experiment: what would happen if you made beer with Perrier as the base? Not only does he admit to his past underage drinking on film, he learns what Perrier already knows: delicious fizzy water makes delicious fizzy beer, which happens to be our favorite kind!
