The Meal Plan: Indian Curry 101

Dear Food Republic Readers:

Why people think they can't pick up an Indian recipe and knock it out of the park is completely beyond me — with the smallest amount of practice and proficiency with a wooden spoon you can whip up a curry. I've pulled our very easiest Indian recipes for near-certain success. You can see every step of our chaat appetizer recipe. Even if you botch it a little, it will still taste like what you set out to cook. You'll just need a few tablespoons of garam masala and maybe a hot Indian girl to impress. Motivation is everything.

Love,
