It is with a resigned sigh we wrap up Lobster Roll Week. That was really fun, guys. We learned how to cook lobsters properly and pair them with beer, then we ate a ton of it AND we're giving some away to you (still a few hours to enter that contest, by the way)! We're promoting lobster rolls' world take-over in general, we'd happily live in that world.
