Fruit was the name of the game this week! With hot sunny days steadily increasing in frequency, we find ourselves eating fruit three times a day, in smoothies at breakfast, salads at lunch and duck and fish at dinner. Seriously, try out that super-easy duck recipe — you'll never want to eat duck without cherries again. Ditto the seafood kebabs with grilled orange segments and pickled watermelon rinds that are the perfect tart bite to accompany your sandwich.
