Last night, Food Republic co-founder Marcus Samuelsson joined Jimmy Fallon, reportedly anointed the next host of The Tonight Show as of yesterday, to cook up the South African dish bunny chow. Fallon, practicing his late night chops, gamely sipped on a Swediopian vodka cocktail the Ethiopia-born, Swedish-raised Samuelsson prepared for him, and implored the chef not to serve something called bunny chow so close to Easter.
