This week’s recipes are all about packing tons of flavor into some of our favorite basic recipes. The BLT for instance, becomes the star of the brunch menu when combined with the elements of Eggs Benedict. Bread pudding made with squares of peanut butter and banana sandwich instead of slightly stale regular bread is vastly better. And why just add garlic to a creamy soup when garlic can BE a creamy soup? If James Beard doesn’t know best, we honestly don’t know who does.
