Wow, a blizzard and Chinese New Year all in one weekend! We’ve been prepping on our end with roasted tomato and tomato-free tortelloni soup and fiddling with a deconstructed Caesar salad whose presentation packs a punch you’d never expect with about 20 minutes of prep, plus steamed fish and long life noodles for a long and prosperous Year of the Snake. Guess that kind of encourages the question “what kind of snake are we cooking up this year.” Ask again during grilling season.
