Andoni Luis Aduriz Takes The Fusion Of Food And Music To A Good Place

There's beat boxing, uni harvesting and the snipping of wild edible flowers. There's drumming, airplane rides and some heavy flourishes of so-called molecular gastronomy. A newly released documentary (and companion book and album) called Mugaritz B.S.O. is most certainly an ambitious project from Andoni Luis Aduriz of San Sebastian restaurant Mugaritz — and a collaboration with musician Felipe Ugarte. As first reported by Eater, the project has been give years in the making and includes trips to Africa and Peru to record music, as well as 12 classic recipes. Here is a trailer. You can buy the set on the restaurant's website.
