Man, making latkes is mean business. Hands and wrists get spattered with fiercely hot oil, fingers get scraped on potato peelers, knuckles get shredded on box graters (actually my grandma says this is part of the recipe). But none of that mattered until Jaquann and Luis came into the picture and showed us the actual badass way to fry a potato pancake. These guys will take it from here. I'm going to go try to make thugged out applesauce or something. We're all being productive.
