You know the numbers on the bottom of recyclables? Well, let's start with number 4, one of our favorites: LDPE (low density polyethylene).
In the recycling world, it's important to separate the objects you dispose of by their respective method of recycling: what's good for the bottle may not necessarily be good for the Tupperware. LDPE is a flexible plastic commonly used in containers and food packaging materials. These guys go out on the curb just like their once alcohol-containing brethren.
