Meet Yong Dong Wu, the new executive chef at M.Y. China in San Francisco. As reported by Inside Scoop SF, Wu has over 30 years of cooking experience and specializes in multiple Chinese cuisines including Szechuan and Shandong. But, more interestingly, he’s one badass noodle puller. At the 2011 HSBC Chinese Restaurant Awards (we’re booking our ticket today!), he pulled an astonishing 16,000 noodles in two minutes.
