It is a scorcher out there! Actually, it's not so much hot as crazy humid in our hometown of New York City. And while drinking air is delicious and fun and everything, we're in the mood for some serious frozen desserts to keep our hydration level, energy and spirits up. Searching for "respite" on Flickr is always a good idea. Check out this ice cream/sorbet/popsicle/granita porn and let us know which desserts we should be actively seeking recipes for. There's only so much booze you can fit in a popsicle. Keep cool this weekend, have a paleta or two.
