Awesome Fruit Cocktails For A Lazy Sunday

If you don't strain out the fruit, more fiber for you.

 

Just thought we'd clarify, in case any lunchbox-nostalgic folks were confused. These summer fruit cocktails definitely have booze in them. Source some pellet ice, break out the stone fruit and rev your blenders, then prepare to hunker down on the porch for a long, tall, refreshing spell. Here are our favorite libations of the season (thus far): 

• Blackberry Bramble
• Pineapple Tandoori Tequila
• The Hot Tomato
• Shishito Yuzu-Ade
• Melon Stand

And perhaps the most important summer cocktail of all, the highly customizable boozy popsicle (this technique recommended).
