Photos: Yes, Chef Book Release Party

Food Republic co-founder Marcus Samuelsson had a little book come out yesterday. Actually, a big book: His long-in-the-making memoir, Yes, Chef, debuted yesterday to much critical acclaim (including a New York Times rave) and a top-50 spot on Amazon's best sellers list.

To celebrate, Samuelsson invited a few hundred of his closest friends to Ginny's Supper Club (below Red Rooster) in Harlem, where an Ethiopian band performed, chefs and food personalities drank Skyy Vodka cocktails, and everyone ate Aunt Helga's meatballs.
