Word Of The Day: Dhania-Jeera

Although you may not be able to pronounce dhania-jeera, it doesn't mean you can't enjoy it. Prepare for your kitchen to smell really, really good.

Dhania-jeera is when two whole spices — coriander seeds (dhania) and cumin seed (jeera) are ground into a powder, creating one of the simplest and most classic spice blends in Indian cuisine. The dry mixture smells excellent and tastes great, especially in a mean Indian snack like chaat.
