A hot, citrusy vodka cocktail with cherry tomatoes

Try a Stoli Hot Tomato cocktail if you want to switch up your cocktail routine, or if you run out of Green Apple Puckr.
Ah, spring! We're totally on the vegetables-in-your-cocktail bandwagon. It's so much healthier! Stoli's new flavor, simply called Hot, adds a spicy kick to a refreshing citrusy vodka drink with just a hint of sweet cherry tomato. What made it hotter? The Hot Tomato was one of the signature libations at the afterparties for this year's just-wrapped Tribeca Film Festival. In fact, we spotted some seriously hot celebs sipping it. Now, finish your salad.
Servings: 1 cocktail
Ingredients
2 ounces Stoli Hot
2 cherry tomatoes, plus extra to garnish
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1 thin slice green pepper
Directions:
- Muddle cherry tomatoes in a shaker.
- Add vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup and shake with ice.
- Strain into rocks glass over ice and garnish with cherry tomatoes and green pepper.
