If you’ve been following along, you know that we have a lot of respect for New York City chef/shit talker Eddie Huang. Not only does he give dream interviews, but he runs one of our favorite downtown bun shops, BaoHaus. And later this year, he’ll be hosting his own show on Cooking Channel.
