A Games Of Thrones Feast

When was the last time a TV series had its own Colicchio-fueled food truck? We can't remember either. The descriptions of food, feasts particularly, in George R. R. Martin's series, A Song Of Fire And Ice, would instill cravings that would bring down even the fiercest Hunger Games fan. So we borrowed a few recipes.

Boy are we glad the last two weekends' premieres didn't overlap — between Mad Men, The Hunger Games and Game of Thrones we're feasting on shrimp cocktail washed down with whiskey (but only if it arrives by silver parachute), and chowing down on raw horse's heart like there's no tomorrow. Sadly the author of The Unofficial Game Of Thrones Cookbook was unwilling to share his raw horse heart recipe, but we're sure we'll pull through anyway.

Stick that food with the pointy end.
