Fifteen years ago brothers Adam Cone and Aaron Crosleycone closed their popular pizza slice shop, World Pizza, in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle, a spot known for a roasted potato pizza loaded with garlic and rosemary. I'm sure people were pissed when that went away. Today, by the grace of the pizza gods, the duo has re-opened in the bustling Chinatown-International District. A vintage Vulcan pizza oven fires their pies and chocolate chip cookies. Espresso is also offered. It's Seattle, after all.
