Palatschinken (say that ten times fast) are thin pancakes stuffed with jam. Popular in Central and Eastern Europe, these resemble French crêpes rather than American pancakes.

Palatschinken can be eaten at any time of the day (for good reason), and are filled with honey, cream cheese or a variety of fruit jams, giving you plenty of creative license to customize your own masterpiece.
