Marcus Samuelsson's Harlem TV Special

Food Republic co-founder and Harlem chef extraordinaire, Marcus Samuelsson, is teaming up with Food Network to give you an inside look into Harlem’s food revolution. The addition of greenmarkets and an expansive range of ethnic restaurants makes Harlem one of the most sought-after food destinations today. Samuelsson will show how Harlem’s rich cultural history of artists, writers and musicians continues to influence the borough's culinary scene from classics like Sylvia's to new restaurants like Samuelsson's own Red Rooster.
