What’s Going On: It’s winter, so how about a little more ramen porn? When I was visiting Chicago last summer, I hit up my friend David Tamarkin, Restaurants Editor at Time Out Chicago, for some dining-out advice. David Tamarkin knows his spots. I was staying in Lakeview and, despite the 80-degree temps, he suggested I pop into Chizakaya (3056 N Lincoln Ave., Chicago, IL 60657) for a bowl of porky tonkotsu ramen. It was simply Chang-ian. So good.
