Video: Dosa Hunt With NYC Bands We Like

A couple things we can stand behind: Dosas and New York City band-dudes who are into dosas. Stereogum editor Amrit Singh unites the two in a film project he is calling Dosa Hunt (or DOSA HUNT, with appropriately emphatic text). This video trailer that dropped yesterday shows Singh and friends from bands Vampire Weekend, Das Racist and Neon Indian riding around Queens in a van “on a dosa hunt with a bunch of Indian dudes,” according to Yeasayer’s Alan Palomo. And though the trailer does not hint if this is a hunt to make dosas or a hunt to eat dosas in restaurants, we’re sure they will be plenty of dosa porn along the way.  [dosahunt.tumblr.com]
