If you have been following our Instagram account today you may have noticed that editors Jess, Matt and Richard are camped out at a Brooklyn photo studio running the Food Republic Test Kitchen. On today’s menu: Meatloaf, cast-iron burgers, mashed potatoes and the last French fry recipe you will ever need.
Stay tuned as those recipes hit the site in the coming weeks. In the meantime, here’s a time-lapse video of photographer Mark Shaw shooting (bending, exacting) a casserole dish of brussel sprouts topped with fried chicken livers. We like to call it pro food porn.
