Last week Food Republic focused on food politics with guest editor Michel Nischan, CEO, founder and president of The Wholesome Wave Foundation. The foundation advocates better eating habits and access to healthy food for all Americans by working with community-based organizations to make local fruit and vegetables affordable and accessible.
