Marc Forgione, winner of season three of “Next Iron Chef,” has not had a day off since the competition ended last year. And he probably won’t soon, since, he says, he is planning to open another restaurant. 
In this video interview, shot while Chef Forgione was preparing lobster at the James Beard Foundation’s Chefs & Champagne event in eastern Long Island, the new Iron Chef said little about the forthcoming restaurant except that it “is not in New York City.”
He is currently the chef and owner of Restaurant Marc Forgione in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood. Watch the video to find out what the worst thing about winning Iron Chef is!
