Sprinkle with grated or shredded mozzarella cheese. Add your vegetable topping of choice—we’ve tried olives, artichokes, and feta cheese as one tasty combo. Of course, no pepperoni or meat can be used if you’re combining with cheese, as it’s not kosher. Bake in the oven, or toaster oven, at 400 degrees for about 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
